Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensationProactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fitManaging the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitmentStrong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search) Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method) Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.) Data-driven mindset and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEnglish at B2 level or higher
