About this role

We're seeking a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects within a designated business domain. Working in close partnership with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architecture, Engineering, and Business colleagues, you'll drive domain projects and contribute to continuously improving delivery practices.

You'll primarily focus within your domain, managing dependencies, producing clear stakeholder reporting, and resolving issues at project level - escalating to your Programme Manager where needed. You'll flex across agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches as context requires.

What you'll be doing:

Project Delivery Leadership

Define delivery plans, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans aligned to user needsDevelop business cases; create and maintain cost plansManage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress and initiate corrective actionEnsure adherence to agreed methodology and value tracking practicesAgile Facilitation & Scrum Practice

Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos)Work with Product Managers to ensure epics and user stories are well-articulated and prioritisedTrack and communicate delivery progress using metrics, weekly reporting, and monthly MBR updatesChampion iterative delivery, lean/agile practices, and continuous improvementDelivery Ownership

Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned projects; orchestrate value within feasibility constraintsLead project inceptions and ensure delivery artefacts are maintained and accessibleStakeholder Engagement & Communication

Serve as primary interface for stakeholders across business, technology, product, and designEnsure alignment and transparency through structured communicationManage and resolve conflicting priorities at project level; escalate where support is neededRAID Management & Governance

Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for assigned projectsDrive risk mitigation with teams; escalate to prevent risks materialisingCollaborate with peers and Programme Managers on cross-domain dependenciesTeam Leadership & Facilitation

May matrix-manage delivery team members; build collaborative, high-trust environmentsFacilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions to unblock teamsEnsure knowledge transfer into the domain following successful deliverySeek relevant resources; escalate where availability affects deliveryProcess Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Champion iterative delivery and continuous improvement within projects and teamsEnsure epics and stories are effectively articulated, refined, and managedContribute to delivery practice maturity across the broader communityWhat we're looking for:

Demonstrated experience delivering software projects in dynamic agile environmentsExperience successfully delivering projects across the full delivery lifecycleWorking knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and ceremoniesExperience contributing to project governance: scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and reportingExperience in effective change management using appropriate tools and techniquesFamiliarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards)Able to build team trust, encourage collaboration, and facilitate problem-solvingClear and confident communicator with stakeholders at varying levelsCommercial awareness and customer focusPositive approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstaclesSituational awareness with ability to escalate promptlyUnderstanding of software development processes and iterative deliveryThe following experience is also desirable:

Formal accreditation (PRINCE2, AgilePM, CSM, PSM)Experience facilitating project inceptions or discovery phasesFamiliarity with academic publishing or digital content workflowsExperience with distributed or third-party development teams You must have the right to work and live in India.
