About this role
We are seeking a skilled CPQ Analyst to join our team and optimize our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our DealHub CPQ solution to support sales operations and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities
CPQ Configuration & Management
Configure and maintain DealHub CPQ functionality including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, approval processes, and quote templatesDesign and implement complex product bundles, pricing structures, and configuration rules to support diverse business requirementsCreate and maintain quote templates, proposal documents, and automated workflowsManage product catalog including product families, features, options, and dependenciesStakeholder Collaboration & Support
Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to understand business processes and requirementsProvide training and ongoing support to sales teams on DealHub functionalityTroubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution or escalationGather feedback from end-users to continuously enhance the CPQ experienceServe as the primary point of contact for all DealHub-related inquiriesSystem Optimization & Enhancement
Continuously evaluate and optimize CPQ performance, user experience, and automation opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to streamline quoting processes and reduce quote cycle timeDevelop and maintain custom fields, validation rules, and workflow automationImplement and maintain integrations between DealHub CPQ, Salesforce and other systems (ERP, billing, etc.)Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of CPQ configurations, including user acceptance testing (UAT)Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and system errorsValidate pricing accuracy, discount calculations, and approval workflowsEnsure data integrity across the quote-to-cash process Technical Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ platformStrong understanding of Configure, Price, Quote processes and methodologiesProficiency with CRM systems, particularly SalesforceExperience with data management, reporting, and analytics toolsBasic understanding of API integrations and data flowsAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportingBusiness Acumen
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and quote-to-cash workflowsKnowledge of pricing strategies, discount structures, and approval hierarchiesFamiliarity with contract management and proposal generationUnderstanding of revenue recognition principles (preferred)Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with proven stakeholder management experienceSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fieldDealHub certification or equivalent CPQ platform certificationsExperience with other CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ)Knowledge of subscription-based pricing models and recurring revenueSQL or scripting knowledge for data manipulation We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
