Responsibility for the product lifecycle management of the assigned portfolio of vacuum measurement productsCollaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and external partners to drive product successMarket research and drive Voice-of-Customer initiatives to validate product-market fit and refine the value propositionDevelop a product strategy and vision that ensures differentiationDrive product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategiesDevelop and nurture a product roadmap and manage the product portfolio to deliver the target profitabilityDefine related value selling and marketing tools for effective execution and successful portfolio promotionFacilitate regular product meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountabilityPlan and execute sales trainings, events, and market introductions to drive a robust Go-To-Market strategy Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred2-4 years of experience in product management in a technical or engineering industryStrong thinking skills to motivate cross-functional teams and develop product strategies that align with market needsSolid technical acumen in test & measurement instruments, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to present information clearly and navigate challenges effectively within a matrix organizationFlexibility and collaboration, working effectively with external partners and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills in English, German is an advantageWillingness to travel up to 30% INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
