About this role

For our Vacuum Control Products Division, we are looking for a passionate Technical Product Management Intern based in Balzers, Liechtenstein. You will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams, supporting new product configurations, technical specifications, and market requirements for our vacuum control portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of product management and engineering within a global industrial technology company.

Support the creation of new product configurations in collaboration with the R&D and Engineering departmentsWork with R&D and engineering teams to translate market and customer requirements into technical product specificationsSupport technical feasibility assessments and design trade-off discussions for new product conceptsReview prototypes and product development milestones alongside the engineering teamHelp define product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineeringConduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisionsAnalyze the product portfolio and assess its technical and strategic alignmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to gather insights and data Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical fieldCurrently pursuing, or interested in, further studies in Engineering or a related fieldGenuine interest in product management within a technical, engineering-driven environmentStrong analytical skills, with the ability to work with technical data and translate findings into recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is requiredAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA proactive, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learnPrior experience or coursework related to product management, R&D, or engineering is a plusFluent English required; German language skills are a plus
