About this role
For our Vacuum Control Products Division, we are looking for a passionate Strategy and Business Development Intern based in Balzers, Liechtenstein to work closely with our of Division President and VP Product Management & Marketing in one or various highly strategic projects around new market entry strategies, strategic portfolio management, and other business development strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy formulation and execution within a dynamic corporate environment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunitiesFormulate organic and inorganic growth strategies to enter new marketsAnalyze product portfolio and its strategic alignmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and dataParticipate in brainstorming sessions for new business ideas and strategiesWork closely with the senior leadershipWork in highly strategic and confidential strategic projectsWorld-leader in its markets, strong in innovation, excellent reputation, and outstanding culturePosition is designed to give you insights into company strategy formulation Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or similar technical degreeCurrently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a MUSTAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learnPrevious experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar role is a plusEnglish proficiency, German language skills is a plus INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
