Design, standardize, and optimize global pricing processes, governance, and controlsImprove price setting with product management and discount approval with regional salesOwn price waterfall analysis, competitive price monitoring, and margin leakage identificationLead pricing transformation across systems, data, and processes, including AI-assisted analyticsOwn pricing data quality across SAP, CRM, and reporting platforms, with IT and analytics teamsEnable pricing analytics, dashboards, and KPIs for pricing, finance, and commercial leadersAdvise Business Unit, Finance, and Sales leaders and align pricing decisions across regionsMentor team members and build INFICON's pricing capability Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, business process improvement, data analytics, or related fieldsStrong understanding of pricing strategy, pricing operations, and commercial processes in a global B2B manufacturing environmentExperience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in a matrixed organizationFamiliarity with ERP (SAP or similar) and CRM; direct experience maintaining pricing and price-book data within an ERP system or specialized pricing tools is a plusExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
