Manage and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and guidanceOversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetCollaborate with clients to understand their processes and system requirementsDesign and configure SAP AribaProvide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their SAP solutionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teamsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team membersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAPParticipate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modulesProven experience in designing and configuring SAP AribaExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projectsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projectsCertification in SAP Ariba is preferred Benefits
