Are you passionate about cybersecurity and access management? Inetum is looking for a dedicated IAM Consultant to join our dynamic team and support critical identity and access operations for our clients in the banking sector.
🔐 Your Key Responsibilities
Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures;Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources;Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards;Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues as well as inquiries in a timely and professional manner;Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines;Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone;Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required. Experienced in a similar position/role;Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;Solid experience with Active Directory, RSA and HID MFA platforms, Azure Entra ID, and O365;.Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented;Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure;Team spirit and a proactive attitude;Language knowledge - English (B1), French (B2).
