We are looking for Trainers to reinforce our Consulting team, with a passion for learning innovation and digital transformation. In this strategic role, you will ensure the design, execution, and continuous improvement of digital upskilling programs that empower individuals and teams with future-ready skills. You will combine pedagogical insight and change enablement practices to ensure learning initiatives drive real organizational impact.
Tasks:
Plan, prepare and deliver training in Digital CompetencesAdapt training content to different participant profiles (basic, intermediate and advanced).Create and update teaching materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners, ensuring effective learning.Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of technology. Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft 365Certification as a trainer (CCP – Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) - mandatoryMastery of the main Microsoft 365 toolsAbility to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologiesCommunication, collaboration and growth mindsetExcellent communication and didacticsExperience in the creation of pedagogical contentValued experience in online training (Teams)
