This position include the following responsibilities:
Being involved in design and implementation of Citrix & VDI infrastructure projectsAdvising the right virtualization technology for the right userSystem Configuration & tuning of Citrix & VDI environments3rd line supporting (troubleshooting, incident and change management)Preparing and executing planned maintenance/upgrades (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades, ...)Industrialization of the Operational ProcessesDeveloping and maintaining Operational and Technical documentationDriving expertise transfer to 1st and 2nd level supporting teamsEnsuring security and audit guidelines are correctly implementedCreating, testing and maintaining service recovery procedures and plans. Methodology/Certification expertise's:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through expertiseAdvanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferredITIL expertise is recommended. Non-Technical expertise’s
