About this role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, build, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our international client's HR ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules, ensuring the platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.
Must have :
1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM developmentGood understanding of HR processes and data modelsAbility to analyze and solve technical issues independentlyAgile methodologyFrench C1 / English B2Nice to have:
SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures) This is a French speaking role, with close ties to teams in Paris, and working from 8:00 to 17:00.
