About this role
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes, Observability, GitOps and Cloud Administration. The ideal candidate will be organised, have a Dev(sec)Ops mindset and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment, ensuring efficient automation and integration practices;Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for business applications;Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for platforms (IaaC);Good technical knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL);Good knowledge of AWS and Azure;Management and maintenance of the operational integrity of production and development systems, with a focus on automation and stability;Development of Bash/Python scripts and other automation tools to improve processes and optimise operational efficiency;Working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and project managers, to ensure platform stability and project success;Using Jira and Confluence to record the status of your deliverables and the associated technical documentation.
A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience;Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;Experience in managing AWS and Azure resources;Expertise in containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes;Significant experience with DevOps practices and tools;Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions;Experience in systems administration (preferably in Linux environments);Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting for process automation and optimisation;Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset (GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes);Fluent in Portuguese and English.
