Responsibilities:
Platform Implementation and Governance
Define implementation guidance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirementsEnsure a fit-to-standard approach across all Microsoft Dynamics projectsDefine and support governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics Support architectural decisions related to Field Service and Project Operations
Delivery, Support, and Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure the platformTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Field Service and Project Operations implementationsSupport testing phases and go-live activitiesProvide post-production support and continuous improvement of the platformAct as a technical reference and trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology-related fieldsThe candidate must hold relevant and up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, namely:Dynamics 365 (With focus on Field Service and Project Operations)Power Platform / Solution ArchitectAdditional certifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform are considered a strong asset.Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projectsProven experience in enterprise implementations, from solution design through go-liveParticipation in complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholdersExperience working in environments with strong governance and quality standardsAdvanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Project OperationsStrong ability to apply standard Dynamics capabilities to real business scenariosExperience with CRM, Project Management, and Asset Management processesDeep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and DataverseAbility to define and enforce platform standards and best practicesExperience working across development, test, and production environmentsStrong understanding of fit-to-standard principles in Dynamics implementationsExperience integrating Dynamics 365 with other corporate systemsAbility to support continuous platform evolution and improvement post go-liveExperience defining governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics platformsFluent in English
