About this role
We are looking for a RPA Support to ensure the operation, stability, and continuous evolution of automation solutions within our Automation CoE.
This role requires strong expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, with a focus on both running existing automations and designing next-generation agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure stable operation (Run & Maintain) of automation solutionsTroubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, and resolve production issuesMonitor executions and manage failures across automation platformsDesign and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with business unitsPropose improvements and evolution of existing automationsContribute to the adoption of agentification concepts and modern automation approachesSupport governance, quality, and scalability of automation and agent-based solutions Proven experience in automation operations and support environmentsHands-on experience with:Microsoft Copilot StudioUiPathPower Automate (cloud flows)Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and production operationsUnderstanding of agentic workflows and agent governance conceptsExperience working within ITSM environments (incidents, problems, changes)Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications are a plusLanguages
Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory)
