We’re seeking an experienced Splunk Monitoring Specialist to strengthen a global monitoring and observability team within a highly regulated and complex banking environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Design and enhance monitoring solutions using SplunkBuild dashboards, alerts, and KPIs to improve system visibilitySupport teams in integrating and using monitoring tools effectivelyInvestigate incidents and troubleshoot performance issuesContribute to the implementation of a new monitoring platformAutomate routine tasks and improve operational efficiencyWork closely with engineering and infrastructure teams worldwide Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Splunk (Enterprise)Exposure to Splunk ITSISolid background in monitoring/observability/system analyticsExperience building dashboards and metricsAbility to work in an international, technical environment (Proficiency in English required)Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Cribl, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, SolarWindsAutomation knowledge (e.g. Ansible)French is a plus (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
