We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals.

Proven experience as a Scrum MasterStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience working with Scrum teamsAbility to teach and coach Agile methodologiesSkilled in conflict resolution and team facilitationComfortable adapting to change and driving transformationFluent in English (C1) (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
