About this role
Inetum is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international AI product team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge Multi-cloud GenAI platform (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while continuously improving platform capabilities and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance features within an AI-powered platform (Secure GPT-type services, document processing, automation, APIs, etc.)Contribute to the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoringBuild and maintain scalable APIs and backend servicesDefine and track KPIs to measure platform performance and usageCollaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and international teamsEnsure compliance with security, regulatory, and engineering standardsIdentify and implement improvements in processes, automation, and platform efficiencyWhat You’ll Deliver
High-quality, tested, and production-ready software componentsTechnical documentation (architecture, APIs, features)Monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and performance metricsAutomated workflows and scripts to improve operationsContinuous improvement initiatives and enhancements 5+ years of experience in web application developmentStrong expertise in:Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScriptAPI design and developmentFront-end knowledge:React / Next.js (basic to intermediate level)Solid experience with testing:Unit testing and End-to-End (E2E)Hands-on experience with Azure:App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, monitoringExperience with:CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)DevOps practices and automationInfrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentalsExperience working with AI APIs / platforms:OpenAI, Azure AI, or similarFamiliarity with:RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Agent-based / autonomous AI systemsStrong experience in prompt engineeringAutonomous and proactive mindset – able to own topics end-to-endStrong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approachExcellent communication skills in English (B1+ minimum)Team player, comfortable in international environmentsAdaptable to evolving priorities and fast-paced contextsNice to Have
