Role:
You will serve as a technical lead and team leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, promoting best practices, and actively contributing to technological and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Engineering
Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design, coding, DevOps)Promote best practices: clean code, architecture, testingStandardize development practices (automation, frameworks, reuse)Team Leadership:
Develop and coach engineersBuild a collaborative, results-oriented team cultureParticipate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talentDelivery & Performance:
Ensure projects are delivered on time (≥90%)Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutionsServe as the point of escalation for complex technical challengesTransformation & Innovation:
Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.g., Copilot) and automationContinuously improve processes, tooling, and architectureEvolve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practicesPromote a culture of innovationStakeholder Management:
Identify and mitigate technical risksCollaborate with business and IT teamsEnsure clear visibility into performance and deliverablesStrong knowledge of:
