About this role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Product Manager. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, helping to deliver digital products and portals that meet user needs and create real value. You will work closely with different stakeholders, translate business needs into requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively. You will also monitor product performance and continuously suggest improvements based on feedback and data.

Business Requirements
Work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to understand and define business needsEnsure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications with IT teamsPrioritize features based on business value, user impact, and feedbackProduct Management
Manage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with IT teamsSupport the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with requirementsContribute to product roadmaps and regularly review prioritiesTrack product usage and performance to identify improvement opportunitiesGather and analyze user feedback to guide future enhancementsStakeholder Collaboration
Act as a key point of contact between business and IT teamsPromote open communication and inclusive collaboration across teamsProvide regular updates on product progress, releases, and risks Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar rolesStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and levelsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentFluent in English (written and spoken)Collaboration and respect for diverse perspectivesStrong relationship-building and teamwork skillsAbility to work across teams and departments (transversal environment)Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindsetPassion for delivering products that solve real user needs and create business impact
