About this role
We are looking for a Clearing Operations Analyst to join a team within the Derivatives Execution & Clearing area. In this role, you will contribute to essential back-office activities, supporting daily clearing and reconciliation processes while helping ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk control.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, clearing houses) regarding trade allocation and clearing activitiesMonitor and allocate trades throughout the day to ensure smooth STP (Straight Through Processing) flowsFollow up on pending trades, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely bookingPerform reconciliations between internal systems and external platforms (e.g., exchanges)Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risksExecute required exercises and close-out processesContribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving systems and processesManage daily communication through multiple channels (email, phone, etc.)Monitor different types of delivery products and ensure accuracy of positions, margins, and paymentsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather required informationEscalate unresolved issues when needed and support continuous improvement of control frameworks Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related fieldKnowledge or interest in Financial MarketsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsEnglish – AdvancedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachAbility to manage tasks in a dynamic environmentClear and respectful communication skills
