About this role
The Senior Procurement Specialist will support procurement activities, supplier management and contract management initiatives, with a focus on achieving cost savings, reducing procurement risk and supporting business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.Plan and implement cost-saving initiatives.Negotiate commercial proposals and supplier agreements.Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers.Prepare cost estimates and procurement analyses.Manage procurement-related contracts.Deliver measurable savings opportunities.Support risk mitigation in procurement and contracting activities.Provide procurement support to business teams. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field.At least 10 years of procurement experience.Experience in procurement activities, preferably within IT services.Professional English proficiency (minimum C1).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Experience using SAP Procurement/Purchasing modules.Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Strong planning, analytical, teamwork, diplomacy and conflict-resolution capabilities.Results-oriented approach.Additional Valued Experience
