About this role
As a Windows SysAdmin, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environmentsDesign and implement Endpoint Management solutionsAutomate operational tasks and processes using PowerShellManage and optimize security and compliance policiesProvide advanced L3 support and resolve complex incidentsParticipate in workplace transformation and migration initiativesCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresProvide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 teamsContribute to the continuous improvement of workplace services and user experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and GPOs.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis capabilities.Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.Fluent EnglishFrench is a plus
