Responsibilities
Define, plan, and manage testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes.Coordinate the execution of functional testing activities and monitor test progress.Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.Collaborate with business, development, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and present testing metrics, status reports, and quality assessments.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes and methodologies. Previous experience as a Functional Tester at a Junior or Mid-Level.Understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.Experience creating, executing, and maintaining functional test cases.Knowledge of defect management and test tracking processes.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate testing activities and manage priorities effectively.Interest in progressing towards a leadership and test management role.Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
