As a Workplace Project Consultant within our team, you will be a key player in the transformation to the Modern Workplace at our customers. You combine strong technical expertise with a project-based and advisory approach.
The market is evolving at lightning speed. You will support organizations in their evolution from traditional endpoint management (SCCM) to a modern, cloud-first approach with Microsoft Intune while responding to current market trends such as:
Phasing out on-prem SCCM-only environmentsMass adoption of Intune & cloud management (Cloud-native device management)Growing focus on Digital Employee experience (DEX) instead of pure IT metricsIntegration of AI (Copilot) in the digital workplaceIncreasing need for security & compliance governanceIn this role, you actively contribute to that transformation and position yourself as an expert in one of the most sought-after domains within IT.
Your responsibilities
Designing and implementing endpoint management solutionsSCCM (Configuration, packaging, deployments)Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, policies, compliance)Supervising migrations to Modern ManagementCo-management (SCCM + Intune)Autopilot deploymentsWindows 10 → Windows 11 transitionsImproving the digital user experience (DEX)Integration and analysis via Nexthink / ControlUpActively advising clients on:Device lifecycle managementSecurity & complianceFuture-ready workplace architectureTroubleshooting and optimization of enterprise environmentsYou will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.
Must-have
Strong hands-on experience with:SCCM / MECM (software packaging, deployments, task sequences)Microsoft Intune (configuratie, compliance, app deployment)Experience with:Co-management setupWindows 10/11 management and migrationsPowershell and remediationsProject experience in complex enterprise environmentsStrong Assets
