We are looking for a Production Engineer to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support production applications and infrastructureManage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive actionsMonitor application performance and identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiencySupport application releases, deployments, and change activitiesCollaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teamsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellenceParticipate in an on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support model What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux environmentsExperience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, .NET or Java)Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or GeneosScripting experience with Python, Shell or SQLKnowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and TerraformBasic understanding of SQL Server and/or OracleKnowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent EnglishProactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to participate in an on-call support rotation when required
