About this role

MISSION

The Analyst, Supply Chain ensures product availability, timely communication and supply chain flow performance in order to meet the needs of the business. This role also supports the larger supply chain group through inventory storage and processing capacity.

Functional

Partner with merchants, planning, transportation, distribution and sourcing teams to co-ordinate flow of goods through the networkTrack purchase order movement through supply chain pipelinesAnalyze available data to provide network insights related to product flow and supply chain performanceConsistently review and manage product availability; addressing any gaps that may impact inventory commitmentsUnderstand and effectively communicate all aspects of supply chain programsDevelop and maintain effective communication to internal stakeholders and transportation partnersCollaborate with internal partners to analyze data, identify trends, communicate findings and drive changeSupport distribution centre strategies and inbound optimizationMaintain existing reports and publish according to agreed timelinesAct as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processesProactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needsChallenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve themPeople

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a similar or related field, preferably business, supply chain or logistics1-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within supply chain, retail organization or CPGPrevious experience with SAP and WMS is considered an assetCompetencies / Skills / Attributes

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Excel and AccessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work with complex data systems and perform detailed analysis Indigo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain aspects of the hiring process, such as screening and assessments.
