Join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Canada, as a 2026 Seasonal Customer Experience Representative! This is a fixed-term seasonal position where you'll play a vital role in creating authentic and memorable experiences for our customers. You'll be the friendly face on our sales floor, helping to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment while supporting daily store operations. Engage warmly with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and curating personalized product recommendationsSupport daily store operations, including inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, product returns, shelving, and processing incoming merchandiseCreate visually appealing and stimulating store displays using merchandising standards to enhance the customer experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand valuesDemonstrate product knowledge and share compelling stories that connect customers to our brandRespond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and inquiriesCollaborate with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for improving both employee and customer experiencesContribute actively to a safe and healthy work environment by prioritizing health and safety protocolsMaintain flexibility and adaptability when assigned to various store areas and tasksTake ownership of personal development and provide constructive feedback to colleagues and the leadership teamWork assigned shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment (preferred but not required)Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer and employee experiencesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAdaptability and flexibility with a genuine willingness to learn new skills and processesAbility to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of timePhysical capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniquesAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as neededProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challengesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independenceBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems (preferred)Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to add value to every interaction Indigo uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain aspects of the hiring process, such as screening and assessments.
