About this role
As Cleaning & Contamination Control Expert, you will take ownership of establishing, leading and continuously improving a robust cleaning and contamination control system within our cleanroom environment. In this key role, you will ensure the consistent achievement of required cleanliness standards for metallic precision components and assemblies, driving product quality, process stability and manufacturing excellence. Acting as the central technical authority, you will shape cleaning standards, contamination prevention strategies and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth and operational success.
Develop, define and standardize cleaning processes for meeting the required cleanliness classEnsure reproducible achievement of specified cleanliness classes through validated proceduresEstablish scalable and audit-ready cleaning standardsDrive continuous optimization of processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainabilityConduct in-depth analysis of particle sources within the cleanroom environmentDevelop and implement preventive strategies to mitigate particulate contamination during assemblyEstablish systematic monitoring, escalation and improvement mechanismsPromote cleanroom discipline and contamination awareness across the organization Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g., Materials Science, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in a cleanroom environment, ideally ISO 5 or higherStrong understanding of particle generation mechanisms, contamination pathways and cleanliness analyticsProven expertise in cleaning precision componentsDeep knowledge of appropriate cleaning chemicals and process technologiesFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Confident in international communication and audit environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and effectivelyDesirable:

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 90.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
