Our Supply Chain Management & Planning team in Zurich is growing, and we are looking for a Management Consultant who wants to take ownership, develop deep expertise, and grow with us.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As a Management Consultant, you will work with leading organizations on complex supply chain transformation projects. You will take responsibility for project workstreams, work closely with clients, and collaborate with experienced colleagues across our international network.
Your work may include:
Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand and supply planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and scenario planningAnalyzing supply chain networks and processes using data-driven approaches and developing concepts to improve performanceSupporting the implementation of state-of-the-art supply chain planning solutions, including the related change and project managementDriving initiatives in working capital optimization, inventory reduction, service level improvement, and operational performancePreparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholdersTranslating complex business challenges into practical, sustainable solutionsContributing to business development and helping shape the continued growth of our Supply Chain Management & Planning team in ZurichYou will work at the intersection of business, technology, and people — combining analytical thinking with a pragmatic and collaborative approach to transformation.
What You Bring
You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting.
You also:
Hold a master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or a related fieldHave a strong understanding of supply chain management and planningBring experience in one or more areas such as forecasting, demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, or supply chain transformationHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with dataAre comfortable working at the intersection of business and ITHave experience managing project workstreams and collaborating with clientsCommunicate confidently and build strong relationships with different stakeholdersAre curious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to continuously develop your expertiseEmbrace our approach of collaborative consulting and co-creating impact with our clientsAre fluent English; German is a big plusWe are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and wants to grow into a trusted advisor and project leader.
