To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant / Manager to join our Business & Operations Design team in Zurich.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex transformation engagements, work closely with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to the continued growth of our team and practice.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead and contribute to complex transformation projects, working closely with clients to design and implement solutions that improve how organizations operate and perform.
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:
Designing and implementing operating models and organizational structuresLeading organizational transformations and introducing new ways of workingOptimizing business processes with a digital-first mindsetEstablishing performance management frameworks and management systemsExploring and realizing the business value of emerging technologies, including AISupporting and leading post-merger integrations and carve-outsDesigning and facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholdersLeading project workstreams and managing project teamsDeveloping trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to create further impactContributing to the development of our Business & Operations Design offering and local teamYou will have the opportunity to shape your own areas of expertise while contributing to the continued growth and development of our practice.
What You Bring
You have 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with experience in organizational transformation, operating models, operations, or related areas.
You also:
Hold a master’s degree from a reputable university, e.g., in business, engineering, economics, or a related fieldHave a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projectsAre experienced in managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teamsHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex challenges into practical solutionsCommunicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective client discussions and workshopsBring a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to your workAre curious about how organizations operate and how they can improveTake ownership and thrive in a project-based, fast-paced environmentAre fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plusBeyond your project experience, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to something bigger than individual engagements - someone who is motivated to develop colleagues, strengthen client relationships, and help shape our growing practice.
