Leading production line teamOnboard/train new employeesEnsure production line equipment is operating properlyTroubleshoot and correct equipment related issues
High School Diploma or GED, required.2 years production lead experience in a manufacturing /industrial environment, preferred.Forklift and Skid Steer experience preferred.Ability to effectively communicate with all employees in the facility, both verbally and in writing.Ability to solve problems in a timely, professional manner.Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
