As an Operations Associate, you will:
Provide excellent customer service across different areas of the store.Support stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and product availability.Assist customers at self-checkout and help resolve basic payment or operational issues.Support Click & Collect, customer collections, and queue management.Process customer returns according to company procedures.Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised shopping environment.Support IKEA Food operations with customer service and stock replenishment when required.Follow operational procedures, safety standards, and company requirements.Work across different operational areas based on business needs and priorities.What We're Looking For
