Support customers by offering help and guidance when needed.Understand customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions for their homes.Use different IKEA sales and communication channels to serve customers effectively.Maintain a clean, organised, well-priced, and fully stocked sales area.Learn about IKEA products and confidently share product knowledge with customers and coworkers.Understand store and department goals and contribute to achieving them.Drive sales by promoting top-selling and priority products while supporting store profitability. Open to local candidates - Malaysian citizensWilling to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Looking for a long-term part-time role (more than 3 months).Good communication skills.Confident in approaching and speaking with customers.Customer-focused, business-minded, and results-driven.Experience in a customer service or retail environment is an advantage.Interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.Well-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
