About the role:
We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Procurement Consultant to lead the implementation and support of Procurement and Supply Chain processes in IFS Cloud.
You will own the Procurement workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hyper care, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Procurement Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution designConfigure modules: o Requisition
o Sourcing / RFQ
o Purchase Orders
o Supplier Management
o Inventory & Stock Management
Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesSupport supplier master data migration and validationEnsure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory frameworksSupport integrations (finance, inventory, supplier platforms)Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activitiesProvide L2/L3 support and process optimization post Go-LiveEngage stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Operations Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years ERP Procurement / SCM consulting experienceProven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS CloudStrong understanding of: o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
o Inventory and supplier management
Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live supportFamiliarity with public procurement regulations is an added advantageStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsThe role involves travel to customer sites to support client engagements, project delivery, stakeholder meetings, and other business requirements.
