What you’ll do
Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement
Lead solution design workshops with banking clients, independently managing key design aspectsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry associationsManage client relationships through regular touchpoints (virtual and on-site meetings)Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to enhance and support Kyriba's banking channel through practical insightsImplementation & Technical Delivery
Configure and test Kyriba solutions across multiple modules in client environmentsProvide expert guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and production supportEnsure timely delivery of all project milestones using dashboards and project management toolsDesign and implement workflows for various functional and technical modulesWork with clients on connectivity solutions including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs, and ERP integrationsKnowledge Transfer & Enablement
Design and deliver customized training programs focused on banking channel functionalityCreate tailored training agendas based on client needs and use casesDevelop and maintain documentation and enablement materials for internal teams and external partnersObtain and maintain Kyriba certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications. Must-Have Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (master's degree preferred)7+ years of experience in Banks, corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, capital market, asset management, or other relevant experienceUnderstanding of banking connectivity, payments, cash management, investment, settlement, and reconciliation processes.Strong experience with requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing, and client delivery.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to manage project processes and deliver results on time and within scopeAbility to work during NORAM business hours and support global clients when requiredWillingness to travel occasionally, if neededPreferred Experience
Experience with Money Market Funds, investment products, asset management, or fund operations.Experience with Kyriba or another Treasury Management System.Knowledge of fund, portfolio, instrument, transaction, liquidity, and reporting workflows.Experience working with large financial institutions.Technical understanding of APIs, file-based integrations, data mapping, and banking connectivity.Core Competencies
