Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive all CBS (Continuous Improvement/Lean) activities across the plantTranslate strategy into actionable plans and ensure executionIdentify improvement opportunities and lead projects (RIEs, problem-solving, lean initiatives)Manage CBS budget, forecasts, and financial targetsTrain, coach, and develop employees in CBS principles and lean cultureMonitor KPIs, track project performance, and ensure accurate reportingImplement and maintain CBS standards; support continuous improvement of processesCollaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teamsDevelop project plans, schedules, and timelinesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverablesCoordinate project phases and activitiesProvide technical guidance and engineering expertiseReview designs, specifications, and drawingsResolve technical issues during project executionCoordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholdersConduct meetings with clients and internal teamsCommunicate project progress and updatesPrepare and manage project budgetsTrack project costs and ensure cost-effectivenessForecast resource requirements and expensesMonitor project progress and performancePrepare reports and maintain project documentationEnsure adherence to timelines and milestonesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsImplement quality assurance and control proceduresIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesTroubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution University degree, preferably in business administration, engineering or related discipline
5 or more years of professional experience in various CBS/lean functions
Cross functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or supply chain preferred
