About this role

**Responsibilities:**

**1. Supplier Quality Management**

Establish and maintain current supplier quality agreements and specifications in accordance with organisational requirements.Monitor and enforce supplier quality performance compliance with material and product specifications.Direct supplier complaint handling and corrective action verification processes.Conduct supplier performance evaluations in conjunction with Purchasing/SCM.Organise, coordinate, and execute supplier audits.Implement supplier quality improvement and continuous improvement programmes.**2. Quality Performance Monitoring**

Monitor scrap rates, defect trends, and quality performance indicators to identify deviations.Analyse quality issues with cross-functional teams and implement corrective improvement actions.Ensure achievement of plant quality objectives and customer satisfaction targets.**3. Quality Management System (QMS)**

Maintain and control quality documentation within the document management system (e.g., roXtra) in accordance with established protocols.Conduct internal product, process, and system audits.Execute regular shopfloor quality inspections and address identified non-conformances.Collect, maintain, analyse, and report quality-related data and key performance indicators.Oversee annual product validation and compliance testing programmes.**4. Quality Control**

Establish, maintain, and enforce incoming inspection standards aligned with product specifications.Monitor and verify in-process quality assurance activities in accordance with control plans, production standards, and quality requirements.Administer non-conforming materials and blocked stock management in accordance with company procedures.Conduct quality reviews and risk assessments for new suppliers, materials, and projects prior to start of production.**5. Training and Quality Awareness**

Deliver quality awareness training to production and operational personnel according to the established training plan.Establish and reinforce quality culture and quality best practices across the organisation. **Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Materials Science, or a related discipline is required.Demonstrated professional experience in manufacturing quality management, quality control, or supplier quality management is mandatory.Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, Familiarity with VDA standards is highly valued.Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities are critical to success in this role.Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
