About this role
This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for master data harmonization (time studies, routings) across ContiTech. The position will guide cross-functional initiatives to standardize manufacturing processes, implement enterprise systems, and establish best practices that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate strategic objectives for master data harmonization initiatives (time studies, routings) across the organizationIdentify and evaluate synergies within ContiTech to achieve master data standardization goalsResearch and document best practices and innovative approaches from both internal and external sourcesCollaborate with engineering, operations, plant management, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic roadmapsReport project status and progress to senior management and steering committees on a regular basisDocument lessons learned and disseminate best practices and knowledge throughout the communityDrive the implementation of tools and systems required to support manufacturing routing structure and cost analysisDevelop and implement manufacturing process standards to enhance process transparency and operational efficiencyEnsure all standards are properly configured and integrated within the ERP system infrastructure Proven expertise in master data management (time studies, routings) and cost calculation toolsComprehensive production process knowledge for core manufacturing processesStrong management skills, tools, and techniques with demonstrated leadership experienceAdvanced ERP/SAP knowledge and system configuration experienceSolid foundation in industrial engineering principles and practicesExcellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniquesFluent English language proficiency (written and verbal)Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives
