We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Szeged, Hungary. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while building strong relationships with established and prospective customers. You'll be the key interface between our organization and clients, combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution to achieve ambitious targets and expand our market presence.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, attract, and convert new business opportunities in the regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycleNegotiate and finalize contracts and business transactions while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needsLead and mentor sales team members, providing coaching, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective performanceConduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic planning and identify emerging opportunitiesManage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance against KPIs with analytical precisionCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless customer onboardingPrepare detailed reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for senior leadershipTravel to customer sites and regional markets as needed to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities Minimum 3 years of sales experience and chemical/rubber understandingProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsTeamwork SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and data analysis softwareKnowledge in Construction, Automotive or other rubber related sectorsStrategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plansDemonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsEnglish fluent, preferred second language German, HungarianIndependent and structured working styleWillingness to travel by 50% and flexibilityConfident use of MS Office The well-being of our employees is important to us.
