We're looking for an experienced Product Management professional to join our organization in Changshu, China. As the Product Manager for Fluid Handling Solutions, you will drive the strategic direction, development, and commercialization of our fluid handling product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and customer needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for fluid handling solutions, including market positioning, strategic pricing, go-to-market plans, and competitive positioningConduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points in the fluid handling industryCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, application engineering, sales, and business development to define product requirements and specificationsManage the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesAnalyze market data and customer feedback to drive product enhancements, establish KPIs, and measure product success and profitabilityCommunicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all organizational levels while identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the fluid handling sector 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or fluid handling solutionsDemonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder managementStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategiesProficiency in market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer segmentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ChineseExperience in international markets or regional product management is preferred
