About this role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Demand Fulfillment CL E2E professional to join our team in Nyíregyháza, Hungary. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer logistics and demand fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory optimization, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for coordinating between multiple departments and stakeholders to streamline fulfillment operations and drive continuous process improvements.
Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment processes, from order receipt through final deliveryCoordinate order processing, fulfillment, and logistics operations to ensure accuracy and timelinessAnalyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimize stock allocation and minimize fulfillment delaysMonitor key performance metrics and generate analytical reports to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues and meet customer requirementsImplement and maintain efficient fulfillment workflows and standard operating proceduresUtilize data analysis to forecast demand patterns and support inventory planning decisionsCommunicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and fulfillment timelinesIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfactionTroubleshoot fulfillment challenges and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues 3+ years of experience in demand fulfillment, supply chain operations, customer logistics, or related fieldProven expertise in end-to-end order management and fulfillment processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsProficiency in inventory management and demand planning principlesExperience with ERP systems (such as SAP ) and logistics management softwareExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departmentsProficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with forecasting tools and supply chain optimization software (preferred)Knowledge of customer logistics best practices and fulfillment industry standards (preferred)Project management experience in supply chain or operations environment (preferred)
