About this role
We're looking for a motivated Antitrust Compliance Specialist (m/f/diverse) who is passionate about antitrust compliance and eager to contribute to global initiatives, foster knowledge sharing, and support the ongoing development of our compliance framework.
Your tasks will include the following activities:
Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving ContiTech’s compliance program, particularly with respect to antitrust complianceIdentifying opportunities to further strengthen the antitrust compliance program through active collaboration and communication with the regionsEnhancing the concept for association activities and serving as the point of contact for related inquiries from all stakeholdersFurther developing the global antitrust risk assessment process and acting as the point of contact for antitrust-related questionsDrafting, reviewing, and updating group policies and guidelines related to antitrust complianceManaging the rollout of global antitrust initiativesDeveloping content for antitrust training and other preventive measures in close collaboration with relevant departmentsDelivering antitrust training to all ContiTech business areas and central functionsDesigning and implementing additional mitigation measures, such as internal controls and monitoring activitiesLeading lessons-learned projects and driving ongoing improvements to the effectiveness of the antitrust Compliance Management System (CMS)Monitoring regulatory developments, best practices, industry trends, and compliance-related topicsDeveloping and maintaining a knowledge-sharing concept for antitrust compliance, ensuring that all materials remain relevant and up to dateResponding to external third-party audits of the ContiTech compliance program Qualification as a fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examination) is requiredSeveral years of experience in antitrust/competition law, preferably within an international corporation, law firm, or professional services firmPrior experience in compliance is an asset and desirableAdditional experience in anti-money laundering (AML) is considered an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBusiness-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindsetStrong intercultural competence and experience working across functions and international corporate structuresIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleWillingness to travel internationallyApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
