About this role
We are looking for an experienced SAP specialist to support our team, focused on SD Module. You will implement, configure, and enhance SD processes in our SAP environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end Quote to Order and Order to Cash processing, data quality, and strong system performance in support of our digital transformation efforts.
Design, configure, and customize SAP SD module functionalities to meet business requirements end-to-end SD processes (Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash)Operational technical support of Sales Operations and Customer LogisticsActive participation in Imp@CT Roll-out projects & continuous improvement and standardization of SAP SD module and related applications & processesExecute roll-outs and migration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance standardsAnalyze current workflows and identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce processing timesDevelop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user guidesPerform detailed testing of SD Module functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SD moduleTroubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely support to end-users and business teamsParticipate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performanceEnsure compliance with organizational policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirementsDocument lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field working in multinational organizations or international project environmentsSAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent professional credentialCustomer Centric mindsetSeveral years of hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration and proven experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) moduleStrong knowledge of data migration and master data managementProficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 15%
