About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our growing finance team in Changshu, China. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting our organization's financial operations. As an Accountant, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards while delivering efficient and transparent financial solutions. Process and validate financial transactions, including issue invoices, generate AR reports, and prepare reconciliation documentation, etc.Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial recordsSupport the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjustments, and financial statement preparationCommunicate effectively with sales team and customers, internal departments, and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and inquiriesUtilize accounting software and financial systems (such as SAP) to record, organize, and analyze financial dataAssist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support management decision-makingMonitor and reconcile customer statements and accounts receivable balancesSupport the audit process by providing documentation and explanations for transactions and account balancesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracyMaintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and service level agreements **Required Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable field1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related roleProficiency in accounting software and financial systems (SAP or similar platforms preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity toolsSolid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practicesExcellent mathematical and numerical aptitude with strong analytical skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasksProblem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable functionsFamiliarity with imaging workflow applications or document management systemsMultilingual capabilities (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)Experience working in an international or multicultural environmentKnowledge of accounting compliance and regulatory requirementsCertification or progress toward professional accounting credentials (such as CPA or equivalent)Experience with financial analysis and reporting
