About this role
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to support our team from Hungary in a backfill role focused on SD Order Management. You will implement, configure, and enhance order management processes in our S/4HANA environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, data quality, and strong system performance in support of our digital transformation efforts.
Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA SD module functionalities to meet business requirements for order management processesExecute data backfill and migration activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance standardsAnalyze current order management workflows and identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce processing timesDevelop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user guidesPerform detailed testing of order management functionalities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SD moduleTroubleshoot and resolve order management issues, providing timely support to end-users and business teamsParticipate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performanceEnsure compliance with organizational policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirementsDocument lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives Bachelor's degree in a related field Several years of hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration and proven experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) moduleProven expertise in order management processes and Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflowsStrong knowledge of data migration, backfill techniques, and master data managementProficiency in SAP configuration tools and customization methodologiesExperience with SQL or database query languages for data analysis and validationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 15% The well-being of our employees is important to us.
