We are seeking a skilled Product Development - Rubber Material Process Engineer to join our innovative team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compound mixing and hose production activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.
Support the industrialization of new hose facility in AguascalientesLead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hoses productsAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designsConduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performanceDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reportsTroubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rubber material technology and processing techniquesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processingProvide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field;Strong knowledge of rubber material properties, polymer science, and processing techniquesAdvanced level of english.Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachStrong analytical abilities and data interpretation skillsExperience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related to rubber material processingADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:
