About this role
We are seeking a Department Supervisor - Off Shift to lead and manage operations during evening/night hours at our facility in Lincoln, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily departmental activities, supervise team members, and ensure that all operations meet our quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain operational excellence during off-shift hours.
Supervise and manage department staff during assigned off-shift hours, providing direction, feedback, and performance coachingSupport multiple departments and troubleshoot issues across the production linesMonitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Ensure all associates are working to meet the organization’s metrics around safety, quality, delivery and costAddress operational issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate with other departments and shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and communicationUphold safety standards Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, operations, or similar environmentProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team membersStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work off-shift hours (evenings/nights)ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of supervisor experienceLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting. No Relocation offered.
