About this role
We are looking for a responsible and careful Production Machine Operator. In this role, the person will work on Painting, Molding and Finishing. The job also includes watching the production line and making sure the product quality and safety are good. Person should be hardworking, able to solve basic problems, and work well in a team.
Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard proceduresAdherence of daily production planPerform basic machine maintenance and maintain 5S of the related areaMaintain production logs (output, downtime, defects, etc.)Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsUpdate shift reports and communicate with incoming/outgoing operatorsSupport continuous improvement initiatives (like Kaizen, 5S, etc.)Maintain product quality and reduce scrap.Always ensure safe working conditions SPM or equivalent (preferred).
Should have 1-2 year manufacturing experience.
