Create a safe “home away from home” environment where kiddos can build their social skills, practical capabilities and self-esteem Lend hands-on activities that spark curiosity and encourage children's learning and development (think: finger painting, music, and science experiments) Be a hero to parents by providing peace of mind and daily updates Navigate the highs (first words) and the lows (spilled milk) with grace and a smile
